In order to complete the IT solution for Human Resources Department, we are currently looking for a IS / IT Product Manager -

Total Rewards. Position summary : Together with your primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Group Manager, you will be responsible for oneor several products within a product group.

This means that you will be responsible for

  • Defining the go-to-market strategy
  • Elaborating the product vision and vision execution
  • Ensuring the end-to-end value delivery (including IS / IT consumers’ adoption).
  • You will also manage the team(s) developing the capabilities as well as the stakeholders receiving the capabilities and can deliver value to other products and product groups. Key responsibilities

  • Working with the business relationship manager and enterprise architect you will be responsible for the product from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the full life cycle of the product including ITIL service models (e.
  • g. L2 and L3 support models).

  • Define the long-term business capability automation and digitalization roadmap for the business outcomes the product or product group deliver
  • Orchestrating internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps
  • Analyze reporting provided by the performance manager for insights of product impact and adoption in market. Work with customers to define and validate specific key value indicators (KVIs);
  • define with team key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the product value

  • Analyze competitive landscape, specifically for TCO / value for money to inform the product strategy before and during product life
  • Understands the business risk appetite and delivers applications within that acceptable risk level.
  • Provide support to Corporate HR Compensation & Benefits team and its Centers of Competence in the various locations around the globe
  • Within your team you will create alignment, lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way.
  • You will also coach, define effective development plans and assess talent, building the right capabilities for the team and for the organization long-term success.

    What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product
  • Demonstrated experience in a product based IS / IT organization
  • 5+ years of experience in IS / IT (e.g. BA, PM, etc.)
  • Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall)
  • Good understanding of the HR sub-functional area of Compensation & Benefits, the strategy, best practices and business processes
  • Working knowledge of APIs & integration, consumer research and UI / UX
  • Experience of effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
