Be part of our mission to disrupt the healthcare and democratize the data driven medicine! SOPHiA is looking for a Global Alliance Manager to join the Business Development team in Lausanne, Switzerland.
As a Global Alliance Manager you are responsible for the integration and organisation of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
You create the transition plan for each transaction and the integration process post-transaction. Furthermore, you create and lead the integration teams which will merge the two parts of the organisations, consolidate operations and transfer critical skills both ways, focusing on the issues that have the greatest potential for creating value and infusing the integration efforts with the necessary momentum.
Additionally, you ensure agreement terms are being fulfilled and provide visibility on the integration progress through a set of suitable metrics and structuring arrangements for draft marketing materials and management presentations.
You also support the BD team in scouting of opportunities and in the assessment and organisation of M&A targets.
