HRS is looking for an experienced IT professional to join our team.
Main responsibilities :
Responsible for installing, configuring and supporting hospitality products as well as it’s associated interfaces.
Ensure that our PMS / POS solutions meet all the specifications and functions that are unique to each of our Hospitality clients.
To be able to train the application(s) with a demonstrated understanding of current hotel management techniques, industry best practices and requirements.
Be familiar with and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and project implementation procedures.
Main requirements :
Experience in installing / configuring / training Hospitality PMS and / or POS products, familiarity with Oracle PL / SQL is a huge advantage.
General technical IT experience as it relates to installing Hardware and troubleshooting that Hardware.
Good interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work unsupervised or as a team member of both the local office team and wider company teams.
Able to travel extensively within your region.
Fluency in English both written and spoken as it is the primary language of communication.
