Support in regard to HR administrative questions
Issuing working contracts and reference letters
Ensuring that work permits are requested and liaise with corresponding authorities
Manage the scanning and filing of all documents in E-Archiving system
Administering employee data
Administering the time and absence management system
Participate in projects
Commercial background, high school degree and a further education in HR
Has at least 3 years of experience as HR Assistant / HR Shared Services Specialist
Very good knowledge of HR SAP / HR Ticketing Tool
Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Fluent in English and German
