Major Accountabilities

  • Support in regard to HR administrative questions
  • Issuing working contracts and reference letters
  • Ensuring that work permits are requested and liaise with corresponding authorities
  • Manage the scanning and filing of all documents in E-Archiving system
  • Administering employee data
  • Administering the time and absence management system
  • Participate in projects
  • Ideal Background

  • Commercial background, high school degree and a further education in HR
  • Has at least 3 years of experience as HR Assistant / HR Shared Services Specialist
  • Very good knowledge of HR SAP / HR Ticketing Tool
  • Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent in English and German
