Are you ready to be a Safety & Security ambassador for the Swiss market?

Do you have a strong interest for safety, security and people? Would you like to have an impact on the way our stores and offices work to secure safety and security standards at H&M?

If so, then you might be the new Store Auditor of H&M Switzerland!

We are looking for a Store Auditor based in Zurich. As Store Auditor, your responsibility is to plan & perform audits to ensure H&M’s safety and security standards are met.

The work includes audit planning, performing, analysis & tight follow-up. In this role, you work close with stores and Area teams within whole Switzerland.

Within this role you will need to visit our Stores and offices across Switzerland to follow up on your actions on a weekly basis.

Your responsibilities

In this role team work is key, your responsibilities are in close cooperation with different stakeholders, our colleagues from Area Teams and stores as well as our H&M security teams worldwide.

Working with the local Security team to reach local objectives you will drive your goals forward to ensure Switzerland is compliant with security & safety policies by :

  • Ensuring high quality of Store Audits.
  • Carrying out the planning of store audits and follow ups
  • Supporting area team to achieve goals related to security and safety
  • Identifying training needs after audits
  • Keeping safety & security procedures updated for the swiss market
  • Supporting security team with loss prevention strategy
  • Supporting stores and areas with inventory process
  • Your skills

    Your personal qualities and expertise also include :

  • 1-2 years of work experience in security or retail, is a plus
  • Striving for constant improvement
  • Thinking entrepreneurially and always taking the store optics into account
  • Giving and receiving regular feedback
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Communicating very clearly at all levels and cooperating with colleagues in all positions
  • Having good knowledge of MS Office
  • Having great flexibility and willingness to travel domestically
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Having an open-minded, proactive and creative attitude
  • Having Strong communication skills
  • English, German & French skills (oral and written). A working-level in Italian would be an additional asset
