Team Leader for the German and Dutch Market
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for all team projects and initiatives. The right person for this role is enthusiastic at supervising and leading a team of customer advisors with the objective to provide an excellent service.
As a Team Leader, you will :
Supervise, monitoring and develop a team of Customer Advisors;
Closely monitor the SLA’s and KPI’s of the project;
Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes and develop strategies to improve results of the team;
Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance;
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture;

Native or proficient in German or Dutch (C1 / C2) and fluency in English (B2);
At least on 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory);
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI’s);
Good IT skills, especially on MS Excel;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Organizational and time-management skills;
