In this role our candidate will be responsible for the supply chain operations for the business unit that has a global footprint and is based in Switzerland.

  • Manage end-to-end planning process on a defined brand portfolio and set of markets
  • Manage materials planning, master production schedule, inventory performance & operational execution of your scope of brand & markets
  • Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) on inventory levels, supply chain cost and service levels
  • Model scenarios, design, develop and deploy tools and reports that monitor supply chain performance against key performance indicators
  • Improve and coordinate global processes of supply planning
  • Undertake the analysis of inventory levels against planning levels
  • Analyze the supply risk and monitor the supply performance
  • Monitor production adherence and define inventory and safety stock level
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the external manufacturers and internal / external business partners
  • Ensure that budgeted inventory levels and customer service levels are reached and maintained
  • Own the demand consensus process in order to understand the market demand and improve the forecast accuracy
  • Reach the company forecast accuracy goals
  • Present, communicate and manage expectations regarding supply chain planning and processes optimization
  • Report and monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead or actively participates in improvement projects
  • To perform this highly complex and challenging position effectively, our ideal candidate should have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or Engineering or similar within a similar field (Additional further education on a Master's degree level is preferred.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of sound experience in supply planning, MPS, inventory or supply chain operations
  • Experience with end-to-end responsibility for the supply planning
  • Progressive track record within a global and cross functional teams
  • Self-starter personality with the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated leadership and expertise that inspires confidence amongst business partners (inside and outside)
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong operational responsibility with an attractive remuneration.
