What do we offer you?

Within the scope of the 2-year Master IBM program, we offer to partially finance your course at a selected Swiss college / university, to pay an appropriate salary and to provide valuable practical professional experience which you will gain in parallel to your studies in the area of Strategic Business Sales.

You will complete the course at the college / university of your choice. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master's degree.

You will write your master's thesis in collaboration with your department.

Who are we looking for?

For our in-job master's program, we are looking for highly-motivated students from (business) IT, Economics or related degree courses, In addition to a good bachelor degree, an independent approach to work is also important to us, Furthermore, can you think analytically, can you work in a team, are you flexible and are you also highly motivated?

You are able to define and localize industry specific content & sales plays? Then you are the one we are looking for!

What you can expect :

In this role, you are working in the large account sales unit (banking) and support account managers in sales strategy and business development activities.

You will take over responsibility for projects and go to market initiatives and build customer relationships.
