Business Solution Manager Private Equity

The Mandate and Business Solutions Manager is a core member of the Fund Operations and Services team and the Operations department.


  • Define, implement and maintain an operating model framework for Operations globally in close collaboration with other Operations teams
  • Research, evaluate and implement business-specific requirements and solutions from an operational point of view
  • Facilitate complex operating model implementation / onboarding’s and ensure smooth transition within Fund Operations and Services
  • Enable and drive change initiatives in relation to the operating model framework
  • Assume project leadership for specific product requirements and solutions
  • Analyze operational business requirements proactively for current and newly established products
  • Required profile :

  • Degree qualified, preferably in Business, IT, Operations Management or related disciplines
  • Several years of relevant work experience within Private Assets, ideally Private Equity and a background of professional experience in operations or in a similar role / environment
  • Excellent structural and organizational skills, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent in German and English, any additional languages are a plus
  • Friendly, approachable, enjoys working with people from a variety of backgrounds and ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external parties
  • Analytical and project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time
