We Offer

  • a role as part of a global function and team in Zurich with footprint in Poland, London, New York and Zürich, reporting to a senior manager based in Zürich.
  • You are working together with 1 colleague based in Wroclaw, performing Finance processes for the Regulatory Strategy and Business Change function, with contact to the Group Finance, Financial planning & analysis as well as the allocations teams.
  • Taking part for RSBC in the Group Finance budgeting and forecasting processes, allocation to the front divisions, non IT capitalization, Cost Center structure maintenance, budget transfers and cost reclasses throughout the year.
  • You ensure monthly Finance process deadlines are met.
  • You will be building up expertise in the various CS Finance systems, setting up and running regular reports for the new RSBC function to validate Budget and actuals as well as meet analytics and transparency requirements.
  • Supporting & training the other Business Management team members on the Finance systems and providing best practice analytics tools and data.
  • You will be working closely with various teams within the RSBC Business Management function as well as with Group Finance business partners.
  • Working independently with colleague and Team Lead, ability to prioritize own work, resolve issues, escalate as appropriate.
  • You are participating to ad-hoc projects and queries related to financial aspects.
  • You Offer

  • a University degree in banking and / or finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting function, preferably in banking and international environment.
  • You have an initiative approach and eagerness to achieve and implement change in a dynamic environment.
  • Very strong English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus.
  • Very strong communications skills
  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to take initiative to constantly optimize processes and focus on quality.
  • You combine a very strong knowledge of MS Excel with organizational and time management skills.
  • Regulatory environment knowledge is a plus
