Your field of responsibility

Join us as Operations and Support specialist to be responsible for Operations of key platforms based on third party products e.

g. Robotics Process Automation, Business Process Engine and Rules Engine. You will have the possibility to extend the responsibilities into software engineering (build tools and automations) and integration activities (improve dashboards and monitoring).

You will work in an agile working environment with state of the art tools (Agile and DevOps toolchain).

Your future colleagues

You will join the Business Automation Solutions engineering team to collaborate closely with application owners and other engineers in the team.

Business Automation Solutions is a team within Group IT providing consultancy around Business Rules Management, Business Process Management and Robotics Process Automation to internal Credit Suisse project teams as well as engineering and operating platforms and tools around these technologies.

You will support a wide community of internal users around the globe. You will collaborate with the mandates team within Business Automation Solutions who supports the onboarding process of client applications and provides consulting to internal projects and have the opportunity to work within an international team, to bring in your professional skills as well as your personal strengths.

Your skills and experience

You hold a degree in Computer Science or related subjects and have 3 - 5 years’ experience in Software Engineering and Application Operations & Support.

  • Development skills in Linux / Shell, SQL, JEE, Web Applications (Angular JS, JSF), an ideal candidate has already experience with RPA products like Blue Prism, UIPath, Automation Anywhere or other
  • Open-minded team-player with the ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds
  • Structured, independently acting and ambitious individual, willing to work in an open and distributed work environment
  • Willingness to continuously extend her / his knowledge and share it with others
  • Fluency in English language skills, both written and spoken, German skills in addition would be an advantage
