Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring applicants fluent in both Dutch and German with an advanced level of English for a role of Dutch and German Customer Support Specialist for its client company in Lisbon.
Answer customers questions over email and live chat in a professional and efficient manner;
Maintain SLAs and CSat rates;
Troubleshoot and solve issues relating to both hardware and software;
Guide customers on how to most effectively use the tools and technology;
Act as an advocate for our customers, escalating issues where necessary;
Provide insight on how to improve the support experience for our customers.
Be proficient in Dutch, German and English;
Experience working in a fast-paced support environment;
Experience troubleshooting technical issues.

University level degree;
Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence;
