The candidate should have either PhD degree in biology, life science or a related field or technical education with expert know-how in sample preparation, TEM analysis and its interpretation.
Furthermore, excellent writing and communication English skills are of great importance.
We offer a highly interdisciplinary and supportive research environment with state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. We expect prior experience in transmission electron microscopy (TEM) sample preparation and TEM analysis of biological samples.
The position (80 - 100%) is available from February 2021 or after negotiation and will be initially limited to two years with the option to become permanent afterwards.
