Your ROLE with usThe primary job responsibilities of the eCommerce Coordinator are to own and project manage the photography process for The North Face eComm website, as well as to set out clear plans in order to deliver the business priorities and meet the seasonal go to market strategy, working with multiple stakeholders to hit agreed timelines.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage the seasonal TNF photography shooting process.
Liase with photography studio so production of images is completed on time and monitored.
Work with business stakeholders to provide concise communication
Lead cross-functional team on photography.
Liase with US / global counterparts for image / story telling efficiencies.
Work with wider merchandisers for photo guidelines and key bought areas / lines.
Manage relationship with Product teams to get technical information regarding products and discrepancies.
Approve images which will be seen online and with partners
Budget approvals.Other activities
Use eCommerce merchandising tools to support site activity to drive sales.
Analyze trends, site metrics, to identify risk and opportunities within photography area.
Stay current and up to date on digital merchandising technology developments that can drive sales and visual conversion.QUALIFICATIONS
Experience : 4+ years in a similar role
Project management experience required
Language skills : fluent English, any other European language is a plusCOMPETENCIES
Computer skills required, including a solid knowledge of Ms Office environment (Word, Excel)
Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Must be detailed oriented - able to manage multiple requests
Self motivated, flexible, and able to handle large volumes of workindependently.
