With the following requirements :

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years overall experience in medical devicesdiagnostics, pharmaceutical or other regulated industry with a focus on Change, NC and CAPA management activities
  • Experience in development and implementation of Quality Systems in compliance with ISO 9001 andor GxP requirements, with emphasis on Change, Non-
  • Conformance and Corrective ActionPreventative Action Management

  • Excellent knowledge of Quality Systems
  • Strong Project Management capabilities
  • Ability to build effective teams and foster a strong collaborative culture internally and with external parties
  • Strong problem solving and organizational capabilities coupled with proven leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong reputation in engaging in proactive behavior and seizing opportunities
  • Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral) If you possess the above mentioned profile then you are the one we want to meet for staffing the Sr QA Engineer in our NC & CAPA team within the Quality, Regulatory and Standards Business Unit, based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
  • As the Sr QA Engineer you will ensure effective establishment and deployment of the Quality Management System (QMS) related to Change, Non-

    conformity (NC) & Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) processes at PMI.

    You will closely work with key stakeholders to role-model Quality at source, to pass any inspectionaudit and continuously improve for compliance purpose.

    In addition you will support the implementation and improvement of corporate tools & systems related with Change, NC & CAPA as Business Owner.

    Specific responsibilities :

  • Ensure establishment, maintenance and deployment of the QMS related to Change, NC and CAPA processes and tools within PMI organization.
  • Make certain these standard processes are followed at affiliate level and within centrallylocally based organizations (ISO and RRP business segments).

    Lead the Change, NC & CAPA local and central coordinators.

  • Ensure management review KPIs for the relevant functionorganization are understood, up-to-date and provided on time to senior management.
  • Align with functionorganization key stakeholders to secure lean management review process to support effective decision making and continuous improvement.

  • Actively promote quality ownership & mindset within related functionorganization through specific engagement initiatives while increasing involvement of key stakeholders for role-
  • modeling adherence to quality processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement (CAPA) as corrective action(s) from audits, internal assessments andor non-conformity situations for the relevant functionorganization as well as collect lessons learned and improve the QMS related processes and standards at PMI level.
  • Oversee critical non-conformities and respective investigations.
  • Provide as subject matter expert train-the-trainer, required training to functionorganization end-users to ensure appropriate use of the Change, NC and CAPA QMS processes and tools.

    Secure relevant training content and approach delivery to meet business needs and maintain the skills qualification matrix up-

    to-date for the functionorganization in scope.

  • Act as central point of contact for any inspection or audit related with the Change, NC and CAPA Governance.
  • Intervene as Subject Matter Expert and help functionorganization in scope get prepared for it as required.

    In case of quality issues or any other critical matters, contribute when appropriate to solve them in close collaboration with function organization key stakeholders.

  • Support the implementation and improvement of corporate tools & systems related with Change, NC & CAPA as Business Owner.
  • Manage functional administration of related systems on behalf of the relevant functionorganization, providing the needed input according to the Corporate QA processes.
