We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to imagine and execute growth-driving, scalable, marketing strategies with a major focus on e-commerce, email marketing, social media, and experimental marketing channels.

You will be a thought leader and team manager regarding the execution of strong and powerful content campaigns across digital channels and work cross-functionally with our creative team and e-commerce manager to drive business growth online.

You will need to think big, use data to guide your work, and be comfortable challenging convention.

If you are consumer-obsessed, enjoy delivering novel strategies, thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, and are eager to ideate, execute, and optimise campaigns that will bring Tally Weijl to the next level, then, we want to hear from you!

  • Design & execute strategies to increase share of revenue derived from online channels (newsletters, social media, etc.)
  • Manage team of marketing strategists to plan and execute successful organic campaigns across digital channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and determine success against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Build dashboards across channels to assess performance over time
  • Lead new and creative growth strategies for the brand online (guerrilla marketing campaign, social media videos, etc.)
  • Seek & exploit new opportunities for our digital channels (e-commerce, social media, email marketing, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • C'est ce qui vous caractérise.

  • BS / MS / MBA degree in marketing, business, economics or a related field
  • 4+ years working experience in B2C marketing, preferably in fast-paced, startup environments
  • Knack for data analysis & strong excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Obsessed with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent English skills. Any other European language would be an asset
