The Role

  • Primary role is account management & development for Procurement
  • Primary focus is to manage relationship with designated strategic account
  • Drive service delivered by Account team in all geographies in scope
  • Grow this account regionally and globally
  • In this strategic account, cross sell all service lines and capabilities of Xchanging
  • Key Accountabilities

  • To act as a single point of focus for selected Xchanging key customers
  • To defend existing and grow additional targeted cross sector revenue from selected existing key customer
  • To build networks within the customer(s) and networks and teams within Xchanging in support of the above
  • To build and follow up closely the service delivered by the Xchanging team and to ensure customer satisfaction is met during entire duration of service delivery
  • Manage a team of country leads and buyers in charge of delivering the service to the selected customer
  • To develop and maintain a current Account Plan and accurate global CRM activity by monitoring contractual performance through management of SLAs and by driving the Business to service delivery optimisation
  • To act as the voice of Xchanging within the designated customer(s) and the Voice of the customer(s) within Xchanging
  • To have Profit & Loss responsibility on the designated strategic account
  • Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Account Management and Partner relationship management experience in Manufacturing & Procurement domains
  • Capability to build relationships, strategic partnership with customers to align organizations strategic objectives
  • Team Management including recruitment, induction, training, career development,
  • Working knowledge of improving Customer Satisfaction, Operational updates and exploring opportunities in an account
  • Working knowledge of indirect procurement, supply chain environment
  • Lead Farming Sales process in to the accounts and achieve revenue targets
  • Build strong understanding of customers business and become their trusted advisor
  • Spearhead innovative sales and Market development initiatives
  • English fluent proficiency is mandatory
  • Additional fluency in any other European language is a plus German / Spanish / French
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Experience working on similar roles is an advantage
  • Undergraduate degree required
