At our Service Center in Barcelona, we tailor IT related knowledge and services, and assist every employee and business partners of our customers as an individual, by finding practical solutions to their IT problems.
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with German and English working in special rotation, including during out of office hours to join our team at Computacenter Barcelona.
The main responsibilities of this role will be to work together with the members of different other IT support teams and communicate with users while finding practical solutions to their IT problems.
Your daily tasks will be : · Answering and support queries via tools, phone, chat and email,· Keeping daily contact with our users contacting us from all over the world.
You are the ideal candidate if : · You are fluent in German and English language. Knowledge of Spanish and other European languages is an advantage.
