The mission of our Project Manager is developing products or modules, and conducting their improvements and developments, defined by the technical specifications established under its responsibility and in response to the marketing specifications accepted by the Product Line, according to the "New Product Development Process" phase.
Ensure the reliability, time and cost of development projects / products that meet the specifications.
Coordinate delegate resources from clusters on several sites.
Apply GFMS methodologies and development procedures.
Set personal goals to the members of the project team, in collaboration with the direct managers from the clusters (objectives, mission sheet, sprint contents definition, )
Education & Training : Technical degree
Experience : Team Leader or Project Leader
Languages : English and Italian fluent. Other languages are appreciated
IT skills : MS Office, MS Project, MS Share Point, SAP
Personal skills : Team player, excellent communication skills, skilled in negotiation
Other skills : Decision-maker, capable to manage conflicts, stress resistant
