This critical role will act as the primary point of contact between the high paced Brand / Marketing business function within the Marketing Service Delivery function within Commercial IT.
The business partnerships that will be grown and sustained by this role will ensure that existing and new services are delivered to requirements and business user expectations and satisfaction levels are met.
The successful candidate will have an intimate knowledge of the Marketing process and IT / Digital needs that will enable the function with the ultimate goal of improving patient lives with our critical products.
Key success will be defined through intimate understanding of the needs across the customer journeys for our external HCP and patient customers.
The Service Delivery Expert will be aligned to specific brand teams and will act as a critical part of a team coordinating support activities across the various marketing teams within Pharma divisions.
You will be responsible but not limited to :
6 years of business and IT experience Leadership skills in geographically / functionally dispersed teams
