Your team

Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.

The Credit Risk Assessment Support Officer ( CRAS ) is responsible for providing administrative support for the credit executives of Pictet’s Credit Risk Assessment team.

The Credit Risk Assessment Support Officer ( CRAS ) reports to the Group Chief Credit Officer (Group CCO).

Your role

  • Managing the invitations, attendees, agenda and minutes for meetings of Pictet’s Credit Committee and Credit team.
  • Tracking of credit-related workflows : accuracy checks of incoming requests, follow-up actions after committee meetings, including proper recording of decisions and conditions (if any) in the appropriate credit workflow.
  • If necessary, follow-up of post-approval decisions in coordination with the Credit Risk Management team (conditions, covenants, special monitoring, etc.).
  • Responsible for managing and setting up credit-related folders (keeping records of credit files, credit policies, Credit Committee rules, credit projects, etc).
  • Providing support when needed with other projects and presentations (reports, updated directives and procedures, etc.).
  • Your profile

  • University diploma or equivalent education.
  • At least three years’ administrative experience, especially in managing data.
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of the wealth management industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Reporting and administrative writing skills.
  • Able to work independently, well organised, initiative driven and solution oriented and willing to put forward ideas for improvement.
  • A team player who is able and keen to share and continuously contribute to the risk team’s success.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written) and a hands-on attitude.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and knowledge of Avaloq a plus.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in other language a plus.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
