As a Product Owner you will :
Ensure that focus is maintained on most valuable outcomes delivering the highest possible impact (improve ROI, lower TCO etc.)
Evaluate and understand the current state of Identity & Access Management (IAM) at Swiss Re. This includes people, governance, specific market regulatory requirements, processes, and technology.
Work with business stakeholders, IAM team and other product owners to determine future state of IAM.
Assess, prioritize and channel the requirements from business & service delivery stakeholders and coordinate the delivery of outcomes expected
Define, document and communicate IAM services, capabilities, roadmap, policies and procedures to key IAM stakeholders and consumers
Utilize effective people leadership and influencing skills to successfully carry out IAM mission.
Work closely with the Audit, Risk / Compliance, and Security teams to address outstanding items and prioritize remediation tasks.
Identify and escalate issues with technology partners and service providers.
Successfully coordinate complex or long term initiatives.
Help spread awareness and increase the know-how and understanding of the IAM domain.
Identify and establish partnerships with stakeholders and customers across the enterprise to ensure continuous delivery of value from our services and capabilities.
Foster relationships within the product team to maintain delivery at an optimized level

About You :
University degree relevant for the domain you're working for
Certifications : Professional Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Product Owner
Lean on deep subject-matter expertise in all areas of IAM including single sign-on, multifactor authentication, privileged account management, password vaulting, role-based, just-in-time access and domain design
Several years of experience in managing software and integration projects
3+ years of practical experience in the role
Can keep focus even under pressure
Demonstrates strong domain-specific knowledge regarding Target’s technology capabilities, and key competitors’ products and differentiating features
Able to apply knowledge of how a security service is designed, built, deployed, and maintained in an enterprise environment
Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
Proven experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.)
Strong leadership skills to influence a diverse group of stakeholders with ability to make difficult and quick decisions daily.
Strong conceptual thinking combined with excellent problem-solving capabilities and a result driven way of working
Dedicated teammate who is passionate about building positive relationships with our partners, product owners and stakeholders.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder's engagement skills in English (spoken and written) are a must. German is an asset.
