Role : Business Unit Manager (W / M) Responsibilities : Identify clients (Key Accounts and large SMEs) likely to have technological and organisational problems and who could work with external consultants on projects in the engineering world Detect the best business opportunities thanks to your energy, curiosity, creativity, boldness, ability to prospect and network You will recruit your team of consultants by doing the entire process from sourcing to signature of the work contract You will manage your team of consultants, following their projects with the clients and developing their skills as we do more projects You have the administrative and financial responsibility of your business unit, you will have to validate these topics on a monthly basis What we are looking for : Someone with an experience in an engineering consultancy company who can develop an activity from scratch A relentless person, we cannot give up until we tried everything in our power to make it work A people's person, it is important to like being in contact with new people everyday and build up a network Someone who wants to evolve in a meritocratic environnment, at Ekkiden we have a culture of results!
