We are presently looking for a fixed term position for Global Marketing Manager for WELLA color.
Mission & Responsabilities
Lead the development of innovations for Wella Brands from concept to final execution, leading a multifunctional team (Design, R&D, product supply, finance) and an advertising agency.
Coordinate the work of creative and design agencies to deliver all communication assets incl. packaging and communication across all touchpoints (TV, print, digital and store).
Own execution of the plans and assets with the markets (fit-for-use inputs collection, regular connects and plans deployment) and Top management
Conduct regular business analysis and consumer researches to deliver recommendations
Lead the development of plans with close monitoring of competition, trends
The Coty Ideal fit
Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Management or Economics
More than 5 years of global marketing experience (brand strategy, consumer insights, marketing campaign & advertising development, digital marketing proficiency)
Previous experience in beauty industry
Strong digital skills with previous experience in successful digital campaigns
Strong project management and analytical skills as well as excellent communication skills
Entrepreneur attitude, open minded spirit, team spirit, proactive approach with strong focus on results
Previous experience of Management with direct report(s)
Valid Swiss work permit
