This role is responsible for successfully launching Ibex Design business offerings, leading the commercial efforts and growing the business.

  • The Associate Director, Commercial Solutions Ibex™ Design collaborates with sales, proposals, legal, marketing, business intelligence, engineering, operations and R&D;
  • the role will act as business champion to serve customer’s needs Key responsibilities :

  • Lead the Ibex™ design commercial activities
  • Act as the business champion and go-to person Ibex™ design
  • Identify and grow customer targets leading to a viable commercial funnel
  • Set priorities for the sales and commercial development teams
  • Own, drive and track all commercial development activities related for Ibex design
  • Develop required marketing and commercial materials to support customer interactions
  • Deliver messaging & marketing material to train sales
  • Innovate, model and implement disruptive and differentiated business models
  • Offer a flexible manufacturing offering that is differentiated from competition
  • Develop a pioneering and compelling program offering and create value for customers throughout the whole journey from DNA to commercialization.
  • Generate documentation and presentations on business evolution as required to communicate them stakeholders including (monthly reports, BSR, planning review
  • Collaborate with Business Unit strategy team as well as with R&D to initiate expansion of capacities and establishment of new capabilities to support growing business (CARinitiation to deliver towards the approved business case). Key requirements :
  • Ph.D.

    Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or relevant discipline, MBA would be advantageous

  • Strong strategy background in manufacturing, R&D, commercial development with a focus on pharma biotech / life science business and business strategy a manufacturing and / or operational background a plus.
  • Experience at mid-level leadership role Strategy implementation experience as is familiarity with CDMO operations Knowledge & Skills Expert in own discipline (i.
  • e., science, engineering, business or economics).

  • Proven people / Influencing skills.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter.
  • Ability to think systemically and problem-solver.
  • Experience providing guidance to executive teams, working with executives and managing multiple complex projects, Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to formulate hypothesis and translate into actionable plans and to think at an abstract level and simplify complexity.
