We are looking to hire a person tolead Alliance Management responsibilities for the Deloitte-Salesforce Alliancein Switzerland.

This role will be at the center of Consultingstrategic big plays and will work closely with senior leadership at Deloitte aswell as with stakeholders within the wider ecosystem of alliances and externalAlliance relationships.


We are looking for a proactive Alliance Manager who is able to navigateacross a complex organization and network, and operate in a fast-paced dynamicenvironment.

Youbuild trusted relationships among Salesforce and Deloitte leadership. Continually articulate Deloitte’s value proposition to the leadership teams ofSalesforce.

Establish a collaborative environment where key leaders from eachorganization can meet to identify new market opportunities that drive incrementalrevenues for all parties involved.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Understand the Salesforce global and local organization and ensure good and trusted relationships with theAccount Executives, Alliance Management, Pre Sales organization and leadership
  • Facilitate the collaboration between Deloitte and Salesforce especially around key industry and clients , including setting up Quarterly BusinessReview.
  • Support the alignment between Deloitte Leadershipand SF leadership, and facilitate regular connect between both executives,especially around key initiatives andaccounts in order to formalize account development plan in collaborationwith LCSP, account team and Account Executives.
  • Manage local pipeline and reporting, including reaching the ACV and Managed Fees targets.
  • Articulatethe business value of Salesforceproducts & services and suggest ways that Deloitte’s Client ServiceLeaders can leverage the relationship within their own businesses.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to leverage past successes in new markets and Support the bid teams on selected keyopportunities .

  • Help facilitatetraining for Deloitte practitioners on Salesforce offerings and help trackand plan training and certifications in order toachieve our Certification ambitions
  • Work closely with Alliance Marketing team to create a marketing plan that supports the alliance businessobjectives. Provide support and oversight to marketing campaign and eventexecution.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure collateral is up-to-date.

  • Keep the Deloitte leadership aware of any local market and Salesforce evolutions (competitions, key people, )
  • Supporting the GTM by supporting GTMMarketing events from Deloitte or in collaboration with Salesforce.
  • Building a network with other country, regional and global Alliance managers to share andimplement best practices.
  • Yourprofessional experience

  • Relevantexperience in a similar role, preferably within professional services.
  • Knowledge andexperience of Alliance Management and / or Account & Relationship Managementbeneficial
  • Excellent organizationalskills, proactive and ability to use initiative
  • Excellentwritten and oral communications skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Provenexperience engaging and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to establish rapport with executivesand employees at all levels
  • Good judgement and the ability to work onown initiative, managing team and projectoutputs accurately to time / budget requirements
  • Fluent in English and German or French is a must
