You will be part of the Enterprise Analytics Business Intelligence in RRP (Reduced Risk Products) of Philip Morris International in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Your role will be to support a cross-functional digital performance team to globally deploy a complete measurement framework and analytics after sale service.
You will become the privileged contact with the markets and the analysts.
Specific responsibilities :
Great understanding of Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager, Campaign Manager) to deploy digital performance assets for analytics end-
user. Support markets for digital channel measurement and campaign tracking. Testing :
Bring organization to high standards in terms of analytics validation and reduce issues fixing delays.
Responsible for the data validation final cut.
You deliver the most reliable data sources to organizations, you log data issues and organize rescue plan.
Spread a data insurance process with Implementation teams to minimize upcoming discrepancies Measuring :
Involved in multiple cross-functional collaborations with business to build valuable measurement plan.
Convert every measured action into a marketing reporting material, and inspire colleagues to adopt measurement best practices and an analytics-driven approach.
Highlight outcomes with data, especially conversion optimization to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns and digital touchpoints Empowering :
Participate in market engagement with training material creation and analytics community animation Transform data to learnings and train people on visualizations tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio).
Knowledge transfer is the objective Build attractive documentations and playbooks for helping the organization to onboard on analytics and reporting.
Support BI adoption within a digital analytics community.
Animate digital marketers, challenge teams, share about cases and learnings and create a center of excellence for business intelligence.
Make the existing knowledge fluid, communicate on documentation and all insights around the organization. Help surrounding teams to convert new requests coming from markets into actionable tasks Spreading :
Helping enterprise data to export all Google stack data within separate data warehouse Data Protection :
This new role will also become the legal interface for GDPR and Data protection Requirements :
Strong experience in digital analytics Impeccable abilities for Digital measurement plan building, from business requests to tracking solution design Proven previous Google Analytics 360 & Google Tag Manager deployments with global instances, including web and mobile.
Must be able to demonstrate technical analytic capabilities and use of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (ideally Google Analytics 360) Excellence in data testing for reliability.
Must show a highly precise process for tracking testing Advanced understanding of campaign tagging and naming convention Certificates in Google Analytics Academy is preferred Experience with data quality framework.
Use of JIRA & Agile methodologies is preferred A natural communicator, in English first environments Must be proactive, motivated, highly organized and a self-
