  • Supports update of Standard Procedures for weekly warehousereplenishment and order fulfillment process
  • Responsible for the execution of the weeklywarehouse replenishment and order fulfillment process
  • Ensure timely processing of all relevant orders and order types inthe SAP system
  • Monitor, track and prioritize shipments, follow-up on past duesand expedites
  • Keep tracking sheets up-to-date and communicate with RegionalPlanning teams re shipment issues or delays
  • Support key metrics : customer service, inventory metrics(gross / net dollars, DOS), Slow Moving / Obsolete (SLOB) inventory, QA Cage andScrap, Back Order Value ($)- all in partnership with supply chain partners.
  • Load, maintain and ensure integrity of master data in SAP in partnershipwith regional and global supply chain teams
  • Responsible to define and execute strategies to improve keybusiness metrics impacting customer service and inventory.
  • Ensure strong alignment with global / regional / country partners.
  • Participate in Supply Chain business planning processes, settingsafety stock levels, managing inventory tracking processes and reconciliation(i.
  • e. actual vs. plan) and identifying / implementing inventory reductionopportunities.

  • Support allocation policy definition with analyses as required andsupport analysis of exceptions
  • Support Regional Planning teams on supply issue communication tocommercial and management, including root causes investigation,corrective / preventive actions and recovery date calculation
  • Pro-actively recommend process / system improvements and manageimplementation / change management.
  • Support projects as needed
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues oropportunities to next management level
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible forensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health,Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so areavailable and in good condition, if applicable
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with allFederal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Supply Chain role, and experience in Sourcing, Planning or Logistics.
  • BS Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent is required, although others will be considered depending upon experience.
  • Demonstrates the ability to develop operating procedures / standard work, and engage internal & external stakeholders to achieve the business plan.
  • This position requires successful experience in supply chain analysis (demand, supply, inventory).
  • Strong experience with cross-functional departments (Finance, Commercial, Operartions) ideally with a Medical Device company (nice to have).
  • Proven analytical / quantitative skills are required and must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Microsoft Access and / or SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making, work effectively, and implement solutions in a cross-functional, team environment required.
  • MRP, APS, and / or ERP systems experience is preferred.
  • Must have SAP experience.
  • Must have a high level of personal initiative and ability to function autonomously with a strong sense of urgency, self-confidence, and comfort with new and rapidly changing situations and environments.
  • APICS preferred
