We are looking for a Business Development Manager to assist with the capture of new business around the end-to-end security of Internet of Things.
Kudelski is particularly interested in candidates with expertise in security solutions in system Security and IoT. Qualified candidates will have previous experience successfully bringing innovative products to market.
Develop and execute on an IoT business development strategy for the Kudelski Group under the direction of the IoT PU business development team.
Identify and capture business deals by contacting potential partners and discovering and exploring opportunities with them
Identify possible technologies for acquisitions and / or partnership deals
Recommend and forge strategic partnerships in new Cybersecurity / IoT eco-systems
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options;
resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations;
examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Drive business for the EMEA sales team through sales enablement and business development support.
Requirements / Profile
MSc or BSc in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration / HEC.
Existing network of relevant client contacts and relationships.
Thorough understanding of the Information Technology environment with connections and strong relationships with Enterprise accounts in Switzerland and Europe.
Experience at least in two following domains : Internet of Things, industrial control systems, Wireless operator, automotive, healthcare, precision agriculture.
At least 5 years of experience in a business development leadership role with a proven ability to open doors within complex client structures.
At least 5 years of experience in technology business development or sales.
Previous experience negotiating complex deals.
Previous experience driving sales activities using a CRM such as Sales Force or Dynamics CRM.
Excellent communication skills both written and interpersonal.
Able to comfortably interact and negotiate with senior executives.
Strong mobility and willingness to travel in Europe, Asia.
Languages : English proficiency and either French or German.
