ferring.com.In our Headquarter in St-Prex / Lausanne (Switzerland), we are looking for an : Senior Manager, IT Transformation Office Your mission As part of the overall company strategy, the IT organisation will transform into a global, efficient and professional organization with a focus on being business driven and customer centric.
The main role of the Senior Manager, IT Transformation Office is to support the IT organisation transformation and associated processes to support Ferring’s business ambitions.
The job holder will report to the CIO and will participate in the design, definition and development of the Global IT Operating Model (Governance, IT framework, organisation, sourcing strategy) for Ferring and drive the effective implementation across all sites, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
The role will also be responsible for establishing the process for consolidation and ongoing update of the IT strategy, portfolio prioritisation and IT balanced scorecard. Main responsibilities :
Accountable for the design and implementation of the Global IT governance setup for Ferring, as well as the Global IT strategy and portfolio prioritisation process
Implementation and change management related to a global organisational setup
Co-ordination of the rollout of selected Lean IT processes (ITIL, COBIT)
Accountable for the delivery of the global IT transformation project implementation plan
Develop strong relationships with senior business managers to understand their priorities and to develop a favourable project and activity prioritisation process across the organization
Consolidate the Ferring global IT strategy and business planning / budget process
Follow up on global IT spending and coordinate implementation of savings and optimization
Define and execute communication and change management plan related to the organisation development, including organisation of virtual and face to face workshops and conferences.
Define and review job roles, career path and map current and future skills and competency mapping for IT organisation
Ensure good practice development and implementation in coordination with external vendors and internal Subject matter Experts
Drive review of make / buy split and investigate and assess opportunities to develop center of excellences and shared services
Communication activities throughout the function and business
Supporting CIO and IT management with ad-hoc tasks
Required Education / Qualifications / Skills :
Master’s degree in computer science, business administration;
Project Management skills with 10+ years relevant work experience
Proven track record of successfully implementing transformation / IT projects
Experience with standard IT Processes (COBIT, ITIL) and functional areas of IT (Projects, systems, strategy, governance)
Experience with the pharmaceutical industry and requirements is a plus
