You will deliver well scoped operational excellence and pathway optimization projects at key strategic customer accounts.

You will start on an assignment at one of our customer in Switzerland. Main job duties / responsibilities are : ·Partner with hospital stakeholders to develop actionable plans for immediate improvement ·Execute end-to-end workstreams and projects, creating value and achieving the agreed upon targets in collaboration with the client ·Capture learning and best-practices and continuously enrich Medtronic consulting toolbox As part of the EMEA Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultancy Community, consultants should be able to : ·Work in teams as well as independently, according to standardized practices industrialized by the team ·Share and communicate determined best practices actively in the team MUST HAVE ·You hold a relevant master's degree ·Fluent in French and English ·3 to 6 years of relevant consulting experience ·Customer focus ·Strong presentation and analytical skills ·Strong and demonstrable project management skills from planning, influencing and being an excellent relationship builder who establish partnering and collaboration with stakeholders, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks ·Strong problem solving skills, with experience with the use of process optimization methodologies / process thinking (e.
g.
