Lead a team of digital marketing professionals and drives marketing activities within assigned area. Leads, develops and orchestrates the digital marketing strategy of THV EU with a particular focus on Therapy Development, Portfolio Marketing and Economic Value, across multiple audiences.

Supports the strategic thinking on how to leverage multi-channel programs in Europe in order to support marketing objectives, in line with the strategic imperatives.

Guides the team in the development of targeted and focused campaigns in the digital area.Essential Job Functions1. Plan and lead a broad scope of digital marketing activities with significant business impact, with the accountability for successful completion of all deliverables.

Define digital marketing plan, optimize and adjust plan as per business dynamics, provide regular updates to peers and leadership team, ensure targets are met.

2. Identify new digital marketing opportunities and where relevant develop business cases for implementation, including the assessment of new budget and resources.

Orchestrate projects delivery. Collaborate actively with cross functional partners for multiple concurrent products, campaigns, launches, programs, and initiatives including Therapy Development, Portfolio Marketing, Economic Value, Evidence Marketing, Events.

3. Collaborate with Global marketing partners in order to ensure alignment between global plan and regional plan, as well as identify potential new opportunities for the region.

Collaborate with multiple external partners in order to provide direction with regards to project execution. 4. Direct line management responsibilities including a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies and the desired culture of the department.

5. Plan and manage digital marketing budget. Ensure budget is used as planned. 6. Collaborate with other business units and functions in order to identify potential cross-pollination opportunitiesRequired Education / Skills : Excellent track record and understanding of all digital channels, development and execution of complex digital marketing strategiesStrong understanding on how to develop a multi-channel plan combined with excellence in the digital execution of awareness campaignsSolid track record of market / therapy development managementStrong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.

High result orientation combined with strong project management skillsMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Fluent English, other language are a plus, esp French and GermanMaster of Business Administration preferredExcellent understanding of the full marketing mixStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingProven experience in healthcare industry - preferably medical devices - either on client or agency side.

Alternatively, strong experience in complex B2B environment.Drive for results and advanced leaderships skills with people management experienceHighly creative with ability to think out of boxFull time
