Our client, a multi national pharmaceutical company, is looking to hire an experienced profile for the role of:

Project Coordinator - Quality Control H/F - Contract 10-12 months

The role is linked to the ongoing project of equipment and capacity upgrades of the QC tools and laboratories and will Project coordinate the various stakeholders while maintaing operational use of the infrastructure.

  • Effectively coordinate the activities linked to the project (upgrade of machines, timelines, orders etc.) with stakeholders bothe external and internal
  • Maintain clear communications with stakeholders on the projects advancement (reports, dashborads etc.)
  • Act as point of contact for all stakeholders, QC users, engineering and external suppliers
  • Ensure timelines are respected and changes can be anticpated and communicated
  • Ensure GMP compliance is respected throughout the project

  • Relevant experience in project management, experience leading QC laboratory projects a plus.
  • Experience leading GMP Change Controls and Risk Assessments
  • Knowledge of GMP equipment qualification requirements
  • Ability to work independently, lead and participate in a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage assignments
  • Strategic thinking and team facilitation skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French
