In phase with the Maison’s strategic priorities, the Organisation Department supports the business development by providing advices and tools to build effective and efficient organisations, and to create the conditions for the Transformation.
The Department acts as a guardian of the overall consistency of organization set-ups across the Maison vs the Strategic priorities.
We are currently hiring an International Organisation Manager.
The International Organisation Manager will act as a recognized expert, be the point of contact in any organizational thinking or requests for Directors, starting from the Strategies, supporting the design of organisational structures, processes, ways of working and ensure a smooth transition from design to operational phase.
Support Regional Directors, Managing Directors, and HQ functional Directors in their organisation dynamic cycles and in any organisation project that they need to launch.
Support leaders and their teams to assess organisations around the Internal Organisation assessment methodology
Animate workshops around organisation or transformation themes
Support Managers and HR in formalising organisation diagnosis, design, processes & action plans
Provide advices in implementation roadmap and animate workshops accordingly
Support in the preparation of the annual organisation dynamics plan presentation
Identify new transformation stakes and raise it to Cartier Executive Committee
Play a role of integrator in certain transversal end-to-end transformation projects
Champion organisation’s and counsel practices (i.e. organisation diagnosis, organisation design, project management, change management)
Required qualifications, skills and experience
Master degree with 8-10 years of experience in an international environment in consulting, project management in organization / strategy and / or strong experience in transformation and change management
Ability to lead without having direct authorities
Proven ability to facilitate workshops and high level discussion
Solid diplomatic and convincing skills, ability to find win-win compromise solutions
High sense of autonomy and drive
Able to develop constructive relationships capabilities and to build network
Comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Pedagogy, empathy and attention to others
Fluent English and French
