We are looking for an experienced talent with extensive background in support of cloud contact center and emerging technologies such as Speech Recognition, Voice Biometrics, OMNI Channel and Backend integrations.

This position will provide advanced technical and operational support around all aspects of the Contact Center environment.

Daily responsibilities include design, documentation, coding, report analysis, implementation and troubleshooting of the call flow applications and integrations.

As Contact Center Engineer in the area of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) you will be part of AXA's digital transformation.

You are progressive and have that personal touch. With your experience and courage, we expect a new push to our team!

Your contribution

  • Embedded in AXA's global IT, you can not only assign terms such as Agile, SCRUM, Product driven IT, Cloud Computing, Web Stack Development (Java, JS, REST API, JSON), RDBMS, SQL, design and implementation of lean and maintainable software architectures (continuous integration, E2E responsibility) and digital transformation, but also prove to us that you are a master at using them actively and practically
  • You are part of a DevOps team and contact person for all matters in the unified communications environment including 3rd level support and incident management
  • Your capabilities and talents

  • You enjoyed and passed an outstanding education in Information Technology
  • You bring excellent experience to the table as Software Engineer in modern web technologies and open source projects; where you may already worked with CTI solutions
  • Your nature shows an open mindset, collaboration, transparency and especially drive and your personality, which will bring our efforts to another level
  • You are a great communicator in English and your German language skills are at least at language level A2
  • Around 600 software and system developers work for AXA in Switzerland and are developing tomorrow's technology inhouse. To do this, we are also working in global teams and networks.

    Our agile product teams organize themselves and work independently where they are responsible for everything from A to Z.

    Our tasks include programming, integrating the latest tools and arranging hackathons.
