Contact Center Engineer (all genders)

We are looking for an experienced talent with extensive background in support of cloud contact center and emerging technologies such as Speech Recognition, Voice Biometrics, OMNI Channel and Backend integrations.
This position will provide advanced technical and operational support around all aspects of the Contact Center environment.
Daily responsibilities include design, documentation, coding, report analysis, implementation and troubleshooting of the call flow applications and integrations.
As Contact Center Engineer in the area of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) you will be part of AXA's digital transformation.
