Your field of responsibility
In this role, you will support and manage the PeopleSoft / Oracle interface between the Swiss Payroll application and the new HCM SaaS solution.
Among others this includes requirements and process documentation, quality assurance and support for testing activities.
You also act as PMO Support for the Swiss Payroll part of the project. The tasks include collaborating with the assigned system integration partner to provide inputs into design activities, reviewing and coordinating functional requirements, project deliverables and documentation.

The #Digital HR program is a global multi-stream 18-months-program to replace the current on-premises system with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a massive impact on all our tools and services.
You will work closely with the Global Project Team but also with Swiss Payroll & Benefits Experts and our IT colleagues.
