Sales effectiveness is a crucial pillar of the Corteva Commercial Effectiveness group. The role is intended to define, implement and continue to develop sales effectiveness programs across the region.

Development and retention of customers at all levels of the supply chain as well as delivering a platform for sales teams commercial and technical skill improvement.

Develops and implements the tracking and metrics program and ensures resulting plans are implemented and maintained

Deliver global, regional and local skill development initiatives for commercial skills, technical knowledge and portfolio knowledge.

Engage Commercial unit leadership and CU commercial effectiveness teams in improvement planning, ensuring suitable resources are aligned on improvement tracking and actions.

Work with global sales development team to ensure alignment on work streams and delivery of relevant initiatives.

Development of an annual plan and ongoing scorecard to measure improvements and identify new opportunities within sales effectiveness and across the commercial effectiveness team.

Engage with global sales effectiveness team supporting global initiatives and implementation

Reports to : Europe Commercial Effectiveness LeaderDirect : no direct reports

Internal : Europe country sales teams, CU and Country sales effectiveness leaders, CU leadership, Europe functional leadership, Global sales effectiveness.

External : Key 3rd party knowledge providers, training partners, channel partners and end use customers.

The successful candidate will be expected to have a working knowledge of sales improvement programs in place and under development, an understanding of the Agricultural markets across the Europe region and the ability to lead by influence.

Fluency in English

At least 15 years of experience in a sales or commercial role

Knowledge of the Agriculture or related industry

Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by influence

Proven capability to lead trainings, mentoring and skill transfer activities

Computer competency including Excel, PPT and word
