Your role

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide administrative support to the Global Head of C&ORC Asset Management. You’ll :

  • manage and coordinate calendars across global time zones including booking of meeting rooms / video conferences / conference calls
  • liaise with senior level MD / (GMD / GEB) internal and external clients and setting up / managing various meetings
  • provide additional administrative support to one other Zurich based C&ORC AM Managing Director
  • arrange international travel
  • process invoices and expenses
  • provide organizational support, including the ordering of supplies and equipment and team events
  • provide absence cover for other Executive Assistants in Group Risk Control
  • coordinate various internal and external communications material
  • take care of settlement of accounts, processing invoices and expenses

    You’ll be working in the C&ORC Asset Management team in Zurich, Switzerland and reporting to the Global Head of C&ORC Asset Management.

    You have :

  • several years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, global environment
  • demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • experience of working across all levels of a large global organization
  • a genuine interest and passion for making a difference to the function and the people that work in it
  • good communication skills
  • business acumen
  • experience of working with confidential and sensitive information
  • You are :

  • a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize multiple tasks (you make lists and get things checked off) and have a strong attention to detail
  • able to deal with high pressure situations, while maintaining a sense of humour
  • enthusiastic, engaged and proactive
  • prepared to work hard and willing to learn
  • fluent in English, Swiss-German would also be a benefit due to the geographical location of the role
