You will coordinate administrative tasks related to graduate level programs to ensure a high level of program delivery including course planning and preparation
You will be in charge of student onboarding and communication, logistics for learning journeys, participation in student interviews and other program related events
You will support the development of best practices and knowledge management tools which enhance the learning experience
You will oversee the maintenance of course catalogues, accreditation support, management of shared drives, quality control (reports, feedback form)
You will participate in the development of the Graduate School offering strong administrative support and coordination
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
You have 2-3 years of professional experience in administration or related roles, and experience supporting executive level students and programs
You have a good command of English and French
You have strong organisation skills and very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
You are a self-starter with a service and customer-oriented mindset
