The Global Process Owner will be responsible for the end-to-end process design, delivery model and structure as well as the roadmap for the processes while influencing decisions where required.
Reporting to the Global Head of Program Mgmt. and Digital Transformation, this is a unique position to deliver significant value to Lonza Group by designing, implementing and maintaining standardized global end-
to-end processes. The candidate will design and implement best in class processes, ensuring all internal and external regulations are met, while capable of delivering excellent value to the business in line with agreed operating targets.
The candidate will be prepared to travel and able to build strong relationships across the global organization and with regional stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities and Duties
Set global vision, road map and objectives for the end-to-end process and technology in alignment with global Function Service Heads & senior stakeholders
Collect best practices, benchmarks and ideas from SSC, Segments, BSO and External Expert Network to drive world-class solutions
Set KPIs and KPI targets for the end to end process in order to deliver GBSO strategic targets
Identify and own innovation projects and related business case
Conduct regular reviews with global business stakeholders to align process strategy and drive change and user adoption of standard processes
Own process blueprint and sign off exceptions to standard on process Level 1-3
Perform effective steering to ensure successful implementation of innovation projects, improvements and quick wins and related benefits
Minimum Required Qualifications / Skills
More than 10 years of experience within an international environment, preferably from a global operating company
Business Process Mgmt. (e.g. Design & implementation of standard processes, process map documentation, process quality review & improvement)
Strategic planning & transformation management
Excellent learning agility and speed, constantly challenging status-quo and looking for world-class solutions / disruptive innovations
Excellent understanding of global Finance and Business processes and good knowledge of Financial ERP Systems (e.g. SAP / BW)
Cooperative and cross-functional approach, integrative personality and team player
Strong bias towards results and execution by taking a pro-active view of business objectives and needs
Hands-on person with drive, persistence and can-do-attitude
Taking accountability for change roadmap, passion for quality and efficiency, ability to influence and positively impact peers and colleagues
Proven ability to identify poor processes and implement improvements
