ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
This is a great opportunity to work within a fast changing, dynamic environment, x-functionally, directly influencing key business metrics.
You will be expected to leave your footprint in building a best practice E-Commerce Strategy for our business unit, especially for Qwell.
This will give you the chance to enhance your expertise and skills in the digital Marketing / E-Commerce area and grow further within the wider Commercial functions.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
You will lead overall e-commerce business, including Qwell (Valser Service AG), e-retailers (Coop home, le shop) and food aggregators (eat.
ch etc.) and B2C platforms (e.g. Brack.ch, Mediamarkt.ch etc.)
You will be responsible for further developing & implementing the D2C strategy
You will identify opportunities and implement projects / initiatives to recruit new customers and improve RTM
You will build and enhance BDAA / E-commerce capabilities to win in the market place
You will manage cross-functional processes as needed and close collaboration x-functionally with key stakeholders and departments (commercial, finance, procurement etc.
also securing strong cooperation and alignment with The Coca-Cola Company
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
You have a Bachelor s or Master s degree, ideally in Digital Marketing / E-Commerce
You have at least 7 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, B2C and / or B2B
You have preferably at least 3 years’ experience in Sales / Key Account Management
You have outstanding analytical skills, are strong in drawing conclusions and turning them into concepts / strategies
You are experience in building up departments preferably in digital Marketing / E-Commerce
You are curious, agile, open-minded, and proactive in achieving results
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong negotiation skills
You are fluent in German & English, and might also know French
