Work with business unit heads and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
Assess current state and develop target process flows, use cases, workflows and user stories to support the design and development of CRM solutions for our clients
Liaise with business and IT to bridge functional and technical requirements. Manage traceability across the streams
Conduct / coordinate walk through sessions of business and functional requirements with business and IT stakeholders, validate and sign offs
Assist the vendor with design, configuration, process and user story mapping
Collaborate with build, test and business teams for solution verification
Document key artifacts including requirements, user guides and training material and able to use enterprise tools such as JIRA
Participate in meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Management
5-7 years of experience in banking and financial services
At least 3 years of Business Analysis experience gathering and validating requirements, mapping process flows and documentation
Strong functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics platform, product roadmap and add-Ins
Involved in at least 2 full scale enterprise wide CRM implementation programs
Knowledge of software applications and architectures
Knowledge of other leading CRM tools such as Salesforce etc. is advantageous
Hands on experience with standard SDLC, Agile and DevOps project methodologies
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word and Microsoft Dynamics
Language : English and German
Travel : 100% on site at client for certain period of the time (South Asia)
