We are looking for this position within our Clinical Diagnostics Sales Team for a motivated sales person who is looking to take the next step in her / his career as a

Account Manager (m / f)

Home based (Suisse Romande).

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities :

  • Achieve sales targets in allocated territories and with allocated customers
  • Sell and promote the Bio-Rad product line with focus on immune hematology but also life science and bio-pharma.
  • Active participation in sales training, seminars and various tradeshows
  • Monitor and evaluate competitive services and pricing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the designated accounts, visiting customers on a regular basis at their accounts and / or at scientific conferences and meetings
  • Market monitoring and identifying new business and sales opportunities across all Bio-Rad immune hematology and life science product lines
  • Facilitate customer queries and work with relevant business partners to ensure customer success, ensuring that all necessary resources needed are used efficiently
  • Work closely with the local Field Application Specialists to ensure the correct support and allocation to key evaluations of sales projects in the region
  • Report to the Swiss Sales Manager
  • Key Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in In-vitro-Diagnostikum (IVD) or in a related field
  • 3 -5+ years of proven successful field sales experience within the clinical diagnostics sector
  • 3 -5+ years of proven successful collaboration with customer accounts
  • Proficiency in organizing time and territory activities in order to efficiently maximize sales results
  • Ability to increase sales and customer penetration while working with multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across cultures and with diverse functions
  • You are a native French speaker with excellent German and English language skills
  • Strategic thinker and effective negotiator
  • Effective communicator at all levels of the organization
