The successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional team collaborating with other pharmaceutical industry and public partners within a project of the EU innovative medicines initiative (IMI).
This project is dedicated to privacy preserving multi-task machine learning on the federated data of all industry partners.
Exploring the use of high content imaging data and single concentration HTS auxiliary data to boost prediction on dose-response assay data is part of this project and will be research focus of the successful candidate.
For this, we are looking for an enthusiastic postdoctoral researcher with a strong background in data science and experience in working with either chemical structure data or small molecule screening data including imaging.
