Senior Member Services Specialist (Onboarding)

You are responsible for the onboarding and lifecycle servicing of member banks of the new digital stock exchange. This includes due diligence and the coordination of all teams which are necessary to onboard the Member-Bank and ensure adequate lifecycle of members.

What You Will Do

  • Coordination and communication with clients
  • Maintenance of Data (in the first phase mainly manual, later supported by interfaces)
  • CRM Data (MS Dynamics)
  • KYC Data for FICO- Tonbeller tool
  • Contract Management / Versioning
  • Storing the physical contracts (if necessary)
  • Making sure that all contracts are up to date
  • Ensure comprehensive execution of billing
  • Provide a decision dossier to SDX Board
  • Support of junior resources
  • What You Bring

  • Commercial apprenticeship in a bank or equivalent education
  • Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
  • Very good communication and coordination skills especially with clients
  • 3 - 5 years experience in communication with clients
  • 3 - 5 years experience in the capital markets industry, preferably at stock exchanges
  • Knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations of the financial industry, in particular stock exchanges (FinFraG, Banking Act, Stock Exchange Act, FINMA Circular, IOSCO International Organisation of Securities Commissions etc.) is an advantage
  • Practical work experience with member onboarding with an exchange is an advantage
  • Efficient working methods with a strong quality awareness
  • Independent and structured way of working, quick comprehension, high self-initiative, practice-oriented and flexible
