Responsibilities
Work with clients to identify Collibra requirements using interviews and meetings
Translate requirements into configuration tasks to define the Collibra data catalogue including : Define community and domain structureDefine stewardship model and assign roles / responsibilitiesDefine end-to-end operating asset model including customization and integration requirements
Populate the Collibra data catalogue using all available methods
Automate Collibra processes using through workflow customization or developing net-new workflows
Develop custom dashboards
Coach and coordinate junior team members in a project setting
Build data governance operating models using Collibra best practices
Must have :
3 5 years of hands-on Collibra experience
3 5 years of customer-interface and customer-management experience
Expert in Collibra DGC configuration including : Operating asset model configuration and customizationCommunity and domain structureData classificationPolicy managementData lineageHelpdesk and issue managementWorkflow customization and development with Eclipse or Activiti using BPMN2 notation
Ingestion of data sources into Collibra DGC including at least one of the following : Mulesoft workflows / Collibra ConnectCustom API development with node.
js, groovy scriptsother application integration technologies
Exposure to a broad range of databases, data management software, reporting tools
Good understanding of how to extract metadata from databases, ETL / ELT tools, reporting tools and systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical, methodical, and organized
Willingness to travel as needed up to 80%
Nice to have :
Experience in large-scale, multi-layered, complex data governance solutions
Exposure to and understanding of data privacy regulations, local and global
Solution Architect, Workflow Architect, Ranger certification
Coding languages : SQL, T-SQL, Java, node.js, R, Python
Hands-on experience in at least one of the following databases : SAP HANA, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Snowflake
Hands-on experience in at least one ETL technology : SAP SDI, Informatica, SAP Data Services
Hands-on experience in at least one BI technology : Tableau, PowerBI
Good understanding of data governance solutions based on industry-standard governance frameworks
Experience with at least one other Data Governance tool : IGC, Informatica, Alation
