Advise customers on technological decisions;

What will make you a good fit for the role?
IT degree or equivalent;
A minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field;
Expert in Cisco Voice / Video Conferencing portfolio (CCIE, min. CCNP) with the following skills :
Unified Communication :
Cisco Unified Communications Manager
Cisco Cube Configuration
Conferencing and Collaboration :
Cisco CMS, CMM, TMS
Telepresence solutions including Endpoints
CCNA Level in Routing & Switching
CCNP Level in Collaboration
Possess sound knowledge of architecture domains, of complex system design, development and implementation as well as the latest industry trends and innovations
Demonstrate an understanding of network security and IT policies, procedures and governance
Demonstrate project management skills and proactive management
Strong team player
Customer orientated behaviour
Display attention to detail and is results & learning oriented
Demonstrate problem analysis and solution formulation skills
Display good verbal and written communication ability
Possess good planning and time management ability
Demonstrate the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
Work proficiency in English and German, another language is a strong plus.
