For our client, a global leading company in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on person to take over the position as Head of Human Resources in their office in Baar (ZG).

Your responsibilities :

Reporting to the General Manager Switzerland and functionally to the HR Director EMEA, you will have the responsibility for all operational and strategic activities in HR.

More in details, your main tasks will be :

  • Development of the HR strategy and development based on the business guidelines and the international group HR strategy, including staff planning, training and development strategies, career plan and compensation
  • Management of the HR team (3 direct reports)
  • Responsibility of managing HR administration and payroll accounting
  • Overseeing the complete employee's life cycle : Recruitment of specialists on all levels in cooperation with line managers;
  • Support from the on-boarding until the off-boarding; Promoting employee satisfaction and motivation

  • Implementation of sustainable employer branding
  • Internal communication in close cooperation with the Marketing department
  • Creation, monitoring and analysis of HR KPIs as well as development and implementation of appropriate measures
  • Drawing up the HR budget and responsibility for compliance with it
  • Collaboration with the international HR team and participation in the management team
  • Your profile :

    To be successful in this position you offer :

  • Higher education with further training in Human Resources, such as the federal HR diploma
  • At least 8 years of experience in an international company as HR Business Partner / HR manager or similar
  • Strong experience and willingness to perform operational tasks (recruiting, administration, etc.) together with more strategical and planning oriented activities
  • Outstanding team leading abilities, proven track record of managing direct reporting line would be advantageous
  • German (native or fluent) and English fluent are a must; good French knowledge is nice to have
  • Independent, accurate, organised and structured way of working as well as a strong sense of quality and service
  • Energetic, agile and positive person with ability to think outside the box
  • Previous experiences as Head of HR / Director are not required : this position would be ideal for a person who would like to step in an upper position
