FELFEL is a start-up based in Zürich, Switzerland. The company has revolutionized the way people eat at work with its intelligent technology - the FELFEL fridge’.

The company is one of the fastest growing start-ups in Switzerland with over 80 employees.

The Marketing Team is responsible for the growth of the company, particularly to generate strong, qualified leads for our sales team.

We work hand in hand with the sales team to generate an amazing pre-FELFEL customer onboarding story.

YOUR ROLE :

You create amazing content and design best in class campaigns that make customers fall in love with FELFEL. In your role you will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer!

Campaign Management :

  • You design best in class, insight-based campaigns that make customers fall in love with FELFEL and generate leads. It all starts with understanding the WHO Personas and their unmet needs and their journey though the purchasing-funnel.
  • You define & own the annual B2B-Marketing Masterplan and generate insightful and relevant campaign ideas.
  • You manage the project end to end, take ownership and responsibility in being on time & budget with best-in-class quality.
  • Your journey does not end there - you follow the results, own them and are eager to learn from them for the next campaign.
  • You own the budget and media mix to deliver your leads-targets.
  • You constantly innovate to find new ways of getting in touch with your target audience in a relevant context.
  • Produce content :

  • You own the creative content creation : create and produce amazing content (online and offline) using your team of photo-designers, writers as well as agencies.
  • Hands on : You create winning claims, design and write customer-newsletters and flyers - ideally in German, English and French
  • Events are part of our mix : You lead the organisation of events and conferences.
  • WHAT YOU BRING :

  • You have min. 5 years of working experience in marketing design, ideally in the FMCG industry and in the B2B area.
  • You are a fluent German and English speaker. French is a plus.
  • You have a strong business acumen & analytical skills.
  • Ownership, Doer’ personality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by daily operational pressure.
  • You are an Allrounder. You link your analysis with the commercial side in order to achieve our goals.
  • Sense of humor. Humor is a core value at FELFEL.
  • Fast learner. We like to learn new things, fail fast and explore new territories - so do you.
  • You don’t smoke during the work day.
  • You have a passion for good food.
