The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our team. You will be a key contributor to our success. You will be primarily responsible for preparing for key recruiting campaigns. You will provide excellent customer service by acting as a liaison between our team, candidates and clients.

  • Administrative support in the sales and candidate relation area
  • Coordinating and scheduling with clients, candidates and the sales team
  • Conducting correspondence with clients and candidates
  • Processing applications and reports
  • Processing customer and candidate inquiries

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Commercial training, hotel management school or similar
  • You are efficient, learn quickly and have a digital affinity, are communicative, work independently, like to think laterally, are a team player and take responsibility
  • You have a good command of English. German language skills should be B1 or higher.
  • You are customer-oriented
